IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking aDARPA Advanced Technology Engineerin Arlington, VA. Potential to Telecommute: Work locations are at DARPA in the Ballston area of Arlington, VA and at the Pentagon with opportunities for situational telework.

Provide technical support for transitioning DARPA programs, processes, and capabilities into Office of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Mission Capabilities (DCTO(MC)) within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders and leverage available tools, processes, and forums to proactively facilitate transition for select capabilities from advanced DARPA programs.

  • Support execution of a Transition Working Group to develop and execute a transition architecture and implementation plans for vanguard technical capabilities.

  • Support execution of advanced modeling and simulation capabilities critical to the transition of advanced warfighting architectures for operational use and the development of key capabilities needed to realize those advanced designs.

Education and General Experience:

  • Experience planning and executing complex engineering and systems analysis efforts for the DoD and/or IC.

  • Expert in assessing threat kill chains operations and identifying exploitable vulnerabilities, analyzing mission threads and blue force system kill chains, developing system models, constructing, and executing simulation and analysis plans, and conducting trade studies and sensitivity analysis.

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Executive presence with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop high-quality, professional briefings and written reports to succinctly capture key issues for DoD decision-makers.

  • Self-starter, able to take initiative and accomplish work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

    Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
