Job Description

Your role

As a Product Manager, International Compliance Iberia, you will play a lead role in ensuring our products adhere to changing national compliance requirements, accounting and tax laws, and various other regulations across different regions.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners worldwide, providing essential insights and support to maintain compliance standards while enhancing product functionalities.

You will also closely interface with Sales, Marketing and professional services functions to ensure we have support for our go-to market and delivery functions for the region and beyond.

Lastly, you'll be part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze changing national compliance requirements, accounting and tax laws, and other regulations relevant to our products in various global markets.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to implement necessary compliance adjustments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Utilize your background in accounting and tax to provide informed guidance and support to the product development team.

• Employ business intelligence tools to generate adoption and usage metrics for our products, assisting in data-driven decision-making processes.

• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to international compliance and product management.
