Your role:

• Responsibility for identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate Service and Sales personnel in line with valid Philips policies and by means of his technical knowledge.

• Diagnoses & resolves equipment problems, supported by technical support engineers, helpdesks and service logistics; installs Philips equipment according to standards.

• Coordination with e.g. Customer Service Manager, Customer Care Centre Team, Project Manager.

You're the right fit if:

• You have an associate degree in electronics and/or biomedical fields.

• You are familiar with medical Diagnostic Imaging Equipment.

• You are technically competent.

• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
