Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

Supports Sites Ankara-ASF and ODC-T in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving supply-chain environment. Responsible for the daily management of the Supply Chain, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within all site inventory storage locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provides end to end Supply Chain Support; analyzes and implements Supply Chain management systems and techniques for both sites.

  • Forecasts, Plans, and Requisitions Material requirements in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for both sites.

  • Performs receiving, issuing, and physical inventory of Government Furnished, Contractor Acquired, and/or KBR Owned-Property in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for both sites.

  • Updates the Government Furnished, Contractor Acquired, and KBR-Owned property records in the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) as directed by Supply Chain Leadership

  • Uploads and inputs work task material invoice data into NexGen IT for both sites.

  • Responsible for oversite and tracking of VAT Exemption Form Approvals for both sites.

  • Ensures compliant use of a Purchasing Card according to FAR policies, corporate purchasing guidelines, and project-specific work instructions for both sites.

  • Excellent customer communication and relation abilities.

  • Able to work under stressful conditions and be a multi-tasker.

  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience of 3 years within the Supply Chain discipline

  • Familiarization with safety and handling/storing/disposition of HAZMAT.

  • APSR and ERP Inventory Management knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Turkish Citizen

  • Capable to speak, read, write, and understand English Language “Minimum Level II.”

  • Have a current driver’s license (minimum “B” Class, “G” is a plus).

  • All male candidates must have completed military service.

  • Must be able to read/comprehend manuals, publications, and other applicable supply related guidance, in English Language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree

  • Experience of 5+ years within the Supply Chain discipline

  • 5S Problem Solving

  • CostPoint ERP & APSR

  • Knowledge of AF Supply procedures in Civil Engineering
