Everest PACE Center Inc. Management Analyst in Chester, Pennsylvania
- Analyze and identify quality performance trends at the company level. Prepare and analyze quality reports for management review.
- Analyze information, including root cause, to make recommendations that reduce errors and improve process performance.
- Outreach to new events/volunteers/social organizations
- Budget organization projects and activities - assist accountants in preparing annual budgets; gathering historical expense information and other historical data relevant to the successful creation of future events' operating budgets (and forecasts).
- Managing database of client and organization contacts
- Support and suggest improvements/recommendations to meet the highest level of client experience.
- Serve as subject matter resource to team members, supervisors, and management staff.
- Coordinate with the management team to implement effective management practices to increase revenues, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Mandarin bilingual preferred
