Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $28.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience

• Overtime Pay $42.00 - 48.00 per hour depending on experience

• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Two (2) years or more of strong background experience in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to:

• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems and resolve maintenance problems

• Perform work independently with minimal supervision

• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)

• Highly thorough and dependable; can regularly and reliably work the scheduled hours; ability to be on call and work overtime as needed

• Capability to multi-task and highly organized, with excellent time management skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize when required

• Flexibility to operate, and self-driven to excel, in a fast-paced environment

• Skilled in the use of electrical test equipment; ability to troubleshoot and repair control voltage

• May be required to be equipment certified (upon hire)

• Safety Sensitive Position. non-regulated Tech performs maintenance minor repairs in plumbing and electrical including 277 volt ballast replacement, troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment in a fast past production environment.

• Perform scheduled PM’s, inspections and other routine maintenance activities on a daily basis.

• Develop and Maintain spare parts inventory controls by recording all parts used on work orders, ordering parts, and ensuring correct stock of parts.

• Develop, update and maintain PM programs, systems, and processes

• Understand and follow lock out tag out processes, hot work permits, and all safety requirements.

• Support production on a daily basis to hit hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly production goals through ensuring equipment is set up, dialed in to correct parameters, running efficiently, and functioning as designed.

• Respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner and ensure downtime is minimal related to maintenance, mechanical, and machine issues.

• Ensure all equipment is safe to function and run.

• Assist with any warehouse needs relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment repairs, set-up, and layout as needed. Forklifts, racking, rack decking, guarding, etc.

• Complete other tasks as assigned.
