What are your contributions to the team?
Collaborate in the development of an assigned strategic technology project involving Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
Support planning of design activities from concept to entry into service of clean sheet aircraft
Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers
Lead program discussion, meetings and reviews across internal teams as well as partners and suppliers
Lead closure of phases including Engineering, Operations and Quality to a sufficient level of quality and maturity
Manage budget/financials for large project
Work in a leadership role with Operations/Manufacturing/Quality
Lead Program governance and support creation and delivery of executive updates
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
You have a bachelor’s degree engineering
You have 5-8 years of experience in aerospace industry
Program Management & Operational exposure experience is an asset
You are autonomous, result-driven and enthusiastic with strong work ethics
You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
You can manage multiple projects and tasks
You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience. You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or Sharepoint
Knowledge of Siemens Suite (ex. Teamcenter) is an asset
