Boeing is hiring a two Experienced Integrated Product Team Leads (Disruptive Computing, Network and Sensors) to be based out of El Segundo, CA . This position may require 10% travel.

As an Integrated Product Team Lead you will be a part of an amazing and collaborative team working to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate in this position has experience working across cross functional teams, including engineering, supplier management, finance, and scheduling. This position will support the program management team in creating an executable plan to advance technology readiness level of DC&N products, managing schedules that adjust with key learning events, creating and managing risk plans, supporting and tracking procurement activities, working across Boeing organizations (BDS, BR&T, and BT&E) as well as with major subcontractors.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports development of the program architecture and top level plans for a program.

  • Manage research and development activities related to low TRL technologies and engage principle investigators in developing details plans for demonstrations and adjust work scope based on preliminary results from design of experiments.

  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

  • Facilitates the resolution of program issues.

  • Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.

  • Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.

  • Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.

This position requires an active U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

  • Experience with microelectronics or electronics systems

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams that span engineering, supplier management, business management

  • Experience developing/maintaining team schedules, resource management, risk management, and project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $122,400 – $165,600
