Per Diem is available. Large utility is looking for a Construction Manager in Flint, MI. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements while coordinating with various stakeholders and reporting directly to the Project Manager. responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and managing safety, scope, cost, and schedule during the construction phase.

• Reports directly to the Project Manager.

• Oversees all project team members, including contractors, during construction.

• Ensures adherence to applicable codes and specifications.

• Facilitates pre-construction meetings, emphasizing safety.

• Monitors pre-fab and onsite construction for safety, scope, quality, risk, schedule, and budget.

• Reports progress daily to the Project Manager.
