Insight Global Program Coordinator in Fort Collins, Colorado

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Coordinator to join a client based out of the Fort Collins, CO area. The Program Coordinator will be joining the Future Customer Experience team and will be working alongside 4 other Program Managers dedicated to this team. The Test Program Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of correspondence and scheduling between 4 teams. You will oversee pre existing program plans including identifying issues in schedule, deliverables, or cost, and driving these issues to resolution. This role will ensure ownership and alignment is achieved between external and internal partners to meet program goals as defined by the solution lifecycle and other processes. This person will act as the champion of the complete solution for the products or initiative for which she/he is responsible.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Equivalent

1+ years of experience scheduling, scope resources and communication for engineering teams

Ability to work with and coordinate with vendors

Ability to create and manage program scheduled, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels PMP/PMI Certification

Smartsheet experience

Microsoft Project Experience null
