Job Title : Marketing Specialist (Microarray and Agrigenomics)

Division/Group : Genetic Sciences Division, Korea

Location : Suseo (Gangnam-gu), Seoul, Korea

The Marketing Specialist is responsibility for product management, local marketing strategies & campaigns, and marketing content to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Core activities will include product management, development of marketing strategies, campaign assets, and marketing content for Microarray and Agrigenomics products.

  • Work with sales teams to develop the market strategy for achieving AOP goals and market adoption.

  • Implement lead generation activities designed to increase revenue and profit opportunities.

  • Drive return on investment performance for key marketing programs and product launches through robust analysis, planning, and execution

  • Provide monthly marketing, business, and competitor campaign activity updates including technology trends, new products, etc

  • Conduct analysis required for developing effective marketing plans (pre-campaign testing, post-campaign analysis, customer insights etc)

  • Develop and manage budgeting and planning on a regular basis

  • Responsible for adapting & rationalizing global campaigns and programs for execution in the country to establish strong customer and category positions and achieve the business target

  • Develop local marketing strategy & campaign, align with global, communication deliverable, digital, and web contents

  • Plan and execute customer events around the portfolio.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar discipline. Graduate degree or MBA preferred.

  • 6+ years’ professional experience in product management, product launch, strategic marketing and project management in life science, medical or pharmaceutical markets preferred.

  • Able to assess the impact of projects and prioritize/allocate time accordingly

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, cross-functionally, and with customers.

  • Communicate both verbally and in writing in English with the global team relevantly.
