Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a client to identify a Case Manager (CM) to join their team remotely. This position will be working with post release services (PRS), specifically with youth and unaccompanied minors. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable working remotely with a travel requirement, typically within their home state. The typical case load will be about 15-25 cases max, and each case will require a home visit once per month. Cases will be designated per region, and the CM will have 48-hours for initial outreach, and 2 weeks for the initial home visit. The candidate must have a BS Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Services along with at least 2 years of experience in social services, case management, and child welfare. The candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English, as they will be communicating with native Spanish speakers. This is a direct-hire position with a 40-hour work week but does offer some overtime (paid time and a half), and some weekend days with weekdays being off. There will be full benefits offered, and full reimbursement for the travel

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in social work, behavioral science, or social services

* 2+ years of progressive experience in social services, case management, child welfare

* Experience in child welfare, child placements, family preservation and social services

* Bilingual English/Spanish *Region 5 includes: Il, IN, MI, MS, OH, WI

*A portion of the interview will be conducted in Spanish null
