Microsoft Dataverse is a low-code no-code hyperscale SaaS data and AI platform, which is the bedrock of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365. While enterprise software and cloud services industry are still pivoting to the Generative AI revolution, Microsoft Dataverse is leading the pack by adding low-code/no-code AI capabilities like Copilot and AI services which deploys the power of a GPT grounded in enterprise data, into Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 application suite, used by Fortune 500 enterprises for their CRM and ERP needs. Dataverse is a strategic growth area for Microsoft, but more importantly, it is a disruptor technology that is giving access to a broader set of users in an enterprise, to create next generation of business productivity software via radically simplified experience and faster Return on Investment (ROI) for our customers.

Responsibilities

• You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.

• You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.

• You will scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.

• You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.

• Feature Development: Break down complex problems into manageable epics and features, specifying clear requirements for each feature.

• Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with customer needs.

• Platform Evangelism: Drive adoption by demonstrating the platform’s value to customers.

• Effective Communication: Articulate project status, address blockers, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Define essential data for informed choices, ensuring features meet user needs.

• Complex Problem Solving: Address intricate challenges across organizational strategies.

• Leadership in Uncertainty: Provide clarity during uncertain periods.

Skills Required:

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

o OR software development

o OR equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong technical skills around security are an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management

o OR software development

o OR equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and their impact on digital transformation.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code tools.

• Familiarity with data modelling, integration, and workflow automation.

• Proven track record of shipping successful products and driving customer adoption.

• Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product features.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
