In this Quality and Commissioning Administrative Student position, the ideal candidate is responsible for leading the discipline integration activities of the project including development and implementation of consistent as well as standardized business processes, system management and data collection, administration, communication, status tracking and helping the project manager to manage his operation to meet cost and durations. This position requires management of delicate and private information of contractors and administration of management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient department (Quality and Cx) operations.

  • Support Department manager and PMO

  • Requires the ability to deal with several of stakeholders and lead to results independently, manage delicate and private information of contractors and administration of management systems.

  • Build and drive Intel's Culture of Caring in every business environment, from office to construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

Skills:

  • High level of English, good analytical skills, logical skills, ability for self-learning and leadership

  • Office proven capabilities with Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, etc.) knowledge

  • Logical and intuitive analysis abilities, Ability to draw conclusions and implementation from the analysis stage to the decision-making stage

  • Integrative thinking, understanding of construction processes

  • Detailed oriented, ability to arrange data quickly and punctually

  • Problem solving and conclusion drawing

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good interpersonal relationship with ability to work in a group.

  • Verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, including English verbal communication

  • Interpersonal communication, respect to other opinions, Constructive confrontation

  • Ability to cope with frustration and to function under pressure.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Study in the following areas: B.A Business Administration, Industrial practical eng, Management or related field, currently in 2nd year of studies. Obligation to work no less than 20 Hours per week on construction site in Kiryat Gat (not remotely).

  • High level of English, good analytical skills, logical skills, ability for self-learning and leadership

  • Office proven capabilities with Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, etc.) knowledge

  • System Management knowledge
