About the role

Our RPA team, composed of 12 people, is integrated into the Digital Technology department and focuses on delivering and maintaining automation.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work on enhancing the quality of our service, following up on the deliverables of our service provider and supporting the senior business Analysts. You will get the opportunity to contribute to increase the level of delivered service and have a positive impact on the interaction with our clients.

You will be accountable for:

• Perform quality checks on maintenance request

• Build and keep a coherent and updated database of maintenance requests

• Work with Senior BAs to analyze and assess automation feasibility by participating in meetings with customers to understand the activity

• Assist in the preparation of RPA documentation (such as Business Blueprint, User guides and automation KPIs) following the RPA methodology and standards

• We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in Management and Engineering.

Competencies:

• Experience in RPA is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Fluent English

• Nice to have skills: SAP knowledge; Knowledge of Agile methodology; Previous experience in one of the main SBS areas (Purchasing, Finance, HR or CCT)

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay expected for this role is 950 EUR to 1050 EUR, depending on the academic path. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
