As a Quality Manager II, you'll develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product while ensuring efficient conformance to industry standards and compliance to regulatory requirements. Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study

• Relevant work experience may substitute for required education

• Direct Aviation/Aerospace operations experience

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMMI standards

• Experience in an electronic/mechanical systems environment

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

• Typically, 4-6 years of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

• Attainment of Six Sigma Black Belt

• Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence

• Certified Quality Improvement Associate

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
