We are looking for an experience Email System Administrator II who will be the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 and on-premises email systems. This position will support O365 and on-premises email environments and often assist in troubleshooting and email investigations.
- Assist Enterprise Collaboration team with operational work, tickets, requests, projects
- Troubleshoots and resolves user problems with and related to Microsoft 365 systems (Email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Understands DNS, mail routing, and Proofpoint spam filtering
- Collaborates with security and infrastructure teams
- Regularly reviews processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related quantitative or business field
- Three to five years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
- At least three to five years of experience managing O365/M365 apps and services
- Experience with the O365 app stack including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.
- O365 certifications preferred
- Migration experience to Microsoft 365 from a variety of source environments (Microsoft 365, Gsuite, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions preferred
- Technical Certifications desired
- Effectively communicates technical concepts to non-technical staff and business concepts/requirements to technical staff
- Ability to learn new toolsets and adapt with the business
- Ability to travel up to 15%
