TEKsystems Sr. SAP/SuccessFactors Project Manager in Loveland, Colorado

TEKsystems has a need for a Project Manager to assist with managing two projects. Both projects involve the customer's HR data, roles & controls, levels of authority, permissions, etc. Experience with projects involving HR data (ideally SuccessFactors). The PM must be local to Colorado so he/she can work onsite on a very occassional basis - probably a couple of days/month.

Project #1 (60% - 70% of time) - S/4 Integration:

When HR implemented SuccessFactors a few years ago it broke the relationship between the HR data, SAP S/4, and the legacy SAP ECC systems. (the HR data is called HR mini-master which establishes the limits of authority and roles & controls in the S/4 SAP system). Much of the project involves moving data and transforming data. Client has brought in one person to manually input and update the data, but needs a senior PM to run the project. The project is somewhat complex and will run in parallel with the SAP deployment.

Project #2 (30 - 40% of time): Role Based Permissions project. Last year they were audited in SuccessFactors and it was discovered that the way they were managing roles, controls, and permissions in SF was out of compliance so they've come up with a new governance and framework. This will be run as a project by IT in conjunction with the HRIS team to establish what system changes are needed and oversee a plan to get the changes in place and eventually in production. This will be an iterative project where they will have some longer sprints.
