We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Purchase & Sales Specialist in Medley, Florida. This role involves managing purchase orders, customer invoices, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced telecom provider setting.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Be responsible for the creation and management of customer invoices.

• Follow up diligently on orders that are pending to be fulfilled.

• Manage work in progress reports, ensuring all tasks are being completed as planned.

• Close out balances on orders, ensuring all transactions are completed.

• Maintain effective relationships with key suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations.

• Utilize skills in billing and export customer service to ensure efficient operations.

• Conduct regular reviews of purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.

• Ensure swift resolution of any issues or discrepancies in invoices or purchase orders.

• Work in close coordination with other teams, providing them with the necessary support related to purchase and sales.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Purchase & Sales Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Customer Invoices.

• Demonstrable skills in Billing and Export Customer Service.

• Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with Vendors and Key Suppliers.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in using computer software and applications related to the job.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
