Job Description

Leadership management responsible for the policy, strategy and quality methodology. Develop, implement and maintain the organization's quality management systems and ensure continuing compliance with

compliance to relevant quality standards, Safran processes and procedures and applicable contractual requirements.

Complementary Description

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct quality assurance personnel who are responsible for enforcing Good manufacturing Practices and other related policies in order to meet product quality standards.

• Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met, and that quality standards and applicable requirement are upheld.

• Training and coach employees on company policies, procedures and applicable standards and Customer requirements.

• Reviewing employee performance to determine whether they are meeting standards or making improvements needed to meet standards

• Manages implementation of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.

• Perform monthly trending analysis and Corrective/preventive actions implementation in effort to improve efficiency and performance

• Manages quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.

• Manages production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement

Job Requirements

ob Knowledge:

• Familiarity with GD&T.

• Familiarity with Minitab, Microsoft projects, Power BI, ALM (JIRA) software's

• Experience on process improvement and lean six sigma tools

• SAP proficiency

• Advanced Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with APQP tools
