In this position, you will provide technical support for Motion Service in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on site. You will be responsible to provide technical onsite and offsite support and expertise in response to a variety of site work requests, telephone calls and emails regarding installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and programming questions and to technical problems encountered by users of ABB Medium Voltage drives and systems. This in turn results in different actions on the part of the individual depending on the specific circumstances of each case.
