Develop and maintain project and SG&A department budgets, considering historical data, revenue projections, expense forecasts, and strategic goals.2. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics for each division to identify areas of budget improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.3. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and investigate and explain variances. Collaborate with division heads and other managers to address any discrepancies or deviations from the budget.4. Prepare periodic financial forecasts to help the company anticipate future financial needs, revenue growth, and potential challenges.5. Collaborate with division managers to establish and implement budget cost control measures, identify cost drivers, and recommend cost-saving strategies.6. Periodically review and revise budgets based on changing circumstances, new information, or shifts in the company's strategic direction.7.
