Job Description:

• Parking Structures and New Structural Design on Restoration Projects

• Inspections of parking structures and some new design restoration projects

• Provide the technical design, detailing, and specification of structural repairs and new structural design on restoration projects and parking structures

• Reviewing projects with the EIT

• Reviewing field work

• Coordinating with Architecture team and Project Manager on projects and addressing any structural issues and resolving them

• Structural Calculations for foundation designs

• Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches, and specifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Professional Engineer License

• 7+ Years of Experience with Structural Design and Inspection of Restoration, Facade, Parking Structures or New Design projects

• Experience with Retaining Walls, Structural Steel, Concrete, Masonry, and Wood structures

• Software's: Revit and AutoCAD

• Experience with Structural Calculations
