Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose

The Project Manager for the Clinical Command Center is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and efficient operation of the Clinical Command Center projects. When new projects launch, the incumbent develops a detailed project plan and is responsible for coordinating efforts toward solutions to encountered problems. This role oversees Clinical Command Center projects from start to finish, monitoring and reporting on the progress throughout the project lifecycle. The incumbent is an experienced leader, accountable for overall project implementation, and will work with all internal and external clients within and across the system, including collaborators in ambulatory, acute, post-acute, and community settings. This position provides non-clinical support and coordination for CommonSpirit Health's Clinical Command Center program.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completing project lifecycles and ensuring timelines are met.

  • Ensures the timely and accurate monthly reports on project status, milestones and results to leaders and stakeholders within the organization.

  • Develop and implement standard documentation, workflows and templates for communications, process changes and other business activities.

  • Analyze and identify quality and cost opportunities within the command center operations.

  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with other teams and project stakeholders

  • Identifies opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between clinical command center and other teams, department, units and organization to help achieve business goals.

  • Resolve issues and problems, and make significant contributions to team efforts.

  • Manage communications, coordinate and facilitate meetings

  • Update the Google Drive Folder, including posting scheduled meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, analytics, lists, and voting results.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; degree in science or an engineering discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

  • Project Management experience in a Health care environment preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years project management experience in one or more of the following:

  • Transformation strategy implementation, project portfolio management, or change management

  • Enterprise Project Management Office or related experience

  • Change management strategy development and implementation

  • Portfolio development, prioritization, and management

  • Planning and implementation competency development

  • Strategic growth initiatives

  • Implementation of critical and complex initiatives across the care continuum

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process (Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications preferred).

  • The incumbent can manage multiple projects at a time while staying organized.

  • As a system employee, understands the market, division as well as local culture, and relationships.

  • Extensive experience in Google Drive, including creating and managing sites, libraries, lists and security groups

  • Experience scheduling meetings with large numbers of geographically diverse participants

  • Experience creating document templates and standard communication processes

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Data analytics experience

Pay Range

$35.28 - $51.16 /hour
