Job Description The Product Management Analyst will collaborate with management to evaluate and develop product recommendations based on both internal assessments and external market factors. This role entails researching and analyzing current product trends and market dynamics in comparison to Bremer's product portfolio and performance. The Product Management Analyst will support Product Managers in various strategic initiatives, including gathering requirements, feasibility analysis, reporting, project execution and providing insights. Additionally, this position will contribute to the governance and oversight of Product Management for both new and existing product ideas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate business cases and prioritize resources effectively to execute initiatives. Review and analyze complex Product Management projects, customer experiences, analytics, and research, requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors. Assist Product Managers in all phases of the product lifecycle and new product development, including profitability assessment, target market definition, marketing, and support model. Contribute to product analysis across relevant markets, conduct market research, and analyze market results. Manage competitive analysis and market research to identify customer needs and trends. Ensure that Product Management initiatives adhere to Bremer's Product Management Structure, compliance, privacy regulations and polices. Maintain product backlog for assigned product lines and provide recommendations for product roadmap priorities based on product needs and demand. Measure product performance against expectations. Collaborate with product owners, managers, stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to resolve issues and achieve project goals. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in Product Management, analyst roles, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in collaborating within a change-driven environment. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, business line partners, technology leadership, and external partners. Proven ability to manage process improvement initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency optimization. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable terms to support business objectives. Ability to build relationships with various stakeholder groups, including line of business, operations, technology, and external service providers. Ability to research and synthesize information into actionable items to effectively drive business outcomes. Experience in developing training materials and con ucting training sessions related to product management initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively. End-to-end problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, structure analysis, and operationalize business strategies effectively.
