General Dentistry 4 Kids, LLC dba Kids Dental Brands seeks a Chief Information Officer (CIO) for it\'s Scottsdale, AZ facility.

DUTIES: The CIO will oversee the use of information technology for the entire company. The CIO will devise the companys IT strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place. Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize strategic benefits. Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer service. Plan implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professional and other staff within the organization. Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers. Oversee technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in organization to ensure optimal performance. Direct and organize IT-related projects. Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways company can gain competitive advantage. Analyze costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions. Prioritize aggregate system requirements and execute IT initiatives nationally. Attract, develop, and grow IT, engineering, and developer talent. Oversee deployment of National initiatives (e.g., Simplification, Automation, User Experience, Specialty Analytics). Lead all IT risk management. Create business and investment strategy collaboratively with Sr. Leadership Team to deliver next generation applications. Provide technical infrastructure to strengthen quality and financial analytic effectiveness. Develop and implement approaches to use digital applications to improve customer engagement and collaboration. Provide technological guidance within the organization, responsible for the technological direction of the company. Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access. Consult with Sr. Leadership Team to evaluate developmental needs and drive new approaches. Provide strategies for improved equipment and system upgrades to align with company initiatives. Create cost-benefit analyses as well as support detailed data requirements and departmental workflows. Assess and anticipate technology projects and recommend appropriate action and resources.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering (or foreign equivalent) or closely related field. 10 years of experience in both IT and Software Development fields. 3 years of dental healthcare experience required. Employer will accept a Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering (or foreign equivalent) or closely related field and 8 years of experience in both IT and Software Development fields. 1 year of dental healthcare experience required. All applicants must possess 5 years of experience with C Sharp, Advanced SQL, and Cloud Architecture. Must have experience with designing and managing in an Azure full cloud environment.
