SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  1. The sales rep is responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support for sustain growth: Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sale plans and priorities and schedule own activities to achieve the targets.

  2. Share sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity with appropriate stakeholders within organization.

  3. Manage the receivables and monitor the credit condition of customer accounts for minimizing the business risk.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and sell the products or services within the assigned geographic area, product line, or market segment to achieve the sales target.

  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sale plans and priorities and schedule own activities to achieve the targets.

  • Build and manage the positive relationship with the customers including dealer channels.

  • Share sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity with appropriate stakeholders within organization.

  • Collaborate with the colleagues within organization to resolve customer complain.

  • Deliver or arrange the training on a product or service to customer or distributors if necessary.

  • Demonstration, Event, Exhibition preparing.

  • Manage the receivables and monitor the credit condition of customer accounts for minimizing the business risk.

  • Develop the new sales opportunities in the market by identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers and building positive customer relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

  • Subject to adjust and/or expand the scope of role and responsibilities upon company decision and strategies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required, major in Dental preferred (4년재대학이상(덴탈관련전공선호),

  2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in medical device including dental market / Multinational company experience is preferred (덴탈을포함한의료기기업계에서의 3-5년경력/다국적기업경력선호)

  3. Diverse working experience is preferred (Direct sales, Business/Partnership development/B2B)

  1. Must have Driving license (운전면허증필수)

  2. Knowledge on medical device (의료기기에대한이해)

  3. English skills (영어)
