Category Delivery Senior Executive

What the day will look like

  • Deliver on the contractual arrangements by working closely with Singapore based resources as well as global GSM Resources

  • Provide support for the transfer of Global supplier contracts including creating and maintaining a pipeline and board visibility along with monitoring key trigger contract dates and relating spend milestones This will require working closely with not only GSM regionally and global but also various other team across Aon, including Finance, Tax, and Legal.

  • Manage category activities and use best practices to enhance all aspects of supplier performance monitoring, total cost of ownership reductions, category compliance, and sourcing projects.

  • Manage contracts and modifications, including preparation of contract review records and obtaining approvals.

  • Deliver technical assistance to service providers by coordinating onsite product training, and work with senior leadership to enhance relevant training programs and instructional approaches.

  • Use software to assess country and regional spend data to drive improvement initiatives at the state, sub-regional, or regional level.

  • Build professional business relationships with key suppliers and ensure adherence to agreements, in addition to constantly fostering a competitive purchase environment via regular bidding efforts, alternate supply investigations, and product replacement.

  • Provide support to the GSM Regional Category leaders across APAC Geographies and GSM Categories as required

  • Process driven, attention to detail, able to Multi task

  • Solution or outcome focused

  • Ability to engage stakeholders (both locally and globally)

  • Flexibility to suit different timezones

  • Some procurement, sourcing, contract development and negotiation and supplier management knowledge

  • Ideally some Category specific experience , i.e. IT, HR, Professional Services, and/or Outsourcing
