Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a Public Trust Clearance!
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

A week in the life of a Senior Business Analyst:
Work with customers and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document business cases, features, and workflows, and prepare and present briefings and demonstrations
Maintain the overall perspective of the features and requirements of MCC to ensure requirements are well defined and the solution meets the needs of our stakeholders
Define and document functional requirements, work with technical teams to ensure business objectives are understood and verify that requirements are fulfilled in MCC software.
Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure the needs of our stakeholders are quickly and correctly translated into functional requirements and user stories.

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
7 years of related experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Understanding business analysis and requirements management techniques and best practices
Very strong writing skills
Demonstrated organizational skills
Knowledge of business processes, configuration management, and quality management processes
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile SDLC

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
