ActioNet, Inc Mid-Level Web Administrator in Vienna, Virginia
ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Mid-Level Web Administrator requiring a Secret Clearance located in Vienna, VA. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for managing web environment design, deployment, development and maintenance activities. Perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of web administration experience.
Responsible for maintaining and updating content on websites.
Ensure sites are functioning properly and are available to users.
Maintain websites for clients and businesses.
Design websites, generate and revise web pages.
Work with Webmaster to configure web servers such as Apache.
Regulate and manage access rights of different users on website.
Create and modify appearance and setting of site. Lay out content on web pages.
Respond to heavy volumes of email.
Test websites to see if there are any parts that are difficult to use.
Meet with designers and stakeholders to discuss on site's design and navigation.
Maintain & Fix links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.
Decide how site's content will be delivered to the Internet.
Test different browsers and ensure people with different devices can access a website.
Must be DoD 8570 compliant 2 months of hire date
