Description

RDTS is looking for a Cleared Program Manager to support a Dept of Defense program in Washington, D.C. This on-site Program Manager shall be a subject matter expert (SME) on CBRNE Mail Screening Services and shall provide CBRNE expertise to assist in daily mail screening operations.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

• Current PMI, PMP certification.

• Strong technical writing skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Minimum three (3) years managing a CBRNE security screening operation, and managing a staff of 10 or more persons.

• Researching and complying with safety and security regulations.

• Developing and implementing medical surveillance plans, negative pressure facility operations and contamination control.

• Developing and maintaining complex matrices using Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated customer relations experience.
